The view from the balcony was spectacular and the weather is nearly perfect year-round.

Only one staff at the concierge section was not interested in helping clients She was on her cell phone and ignored me When I approached her and told her I needed information about Covid appointment,she referred me to the other lady,which she did not know the information either That was my only complaint Everything and everyone was good

The problem wasn’t the property the add described a one bedroom unit for 4600.00 they rented us a lock off u it which you can rent for 800-1100

I’ve booked a room with ocean view and was given a room on the 2nd floor facing the pool. I had to go back to the front desk after seeing the room. Glad that they fixed it and booked me to the 9th floor where I could partially see the ocean view.

The lazy river is awesome!!! The unit had everything we needed. Beds were a little harder than I’m use to but everyone else I was with thought they were comfortable. Love the quick breakfast and lunch options in the shop and happy hour drinks were great in the compass lounge. From stepping out of the taxi upon arrival until stepping back in taxi for departure the people were amazing and oh so Happy and great to converse with!!! Thank You for an amazing time at your resort :)

I didn’t like when I booked the unit when it says “Ocean Side” I expect to be on Ocean Side and actually have a view of the ocean, so was very disappointed that our view was on the side of the lighthouse building above the playground and our view wasn’t of the ocean besides a sliver of water through the palm trees!!! I also sent 2 emails to the property requesting a higher floor, high chair & pack n play and never got a response to either email and ended up on the 4th floor. But seeing how we spent most of our time enjoying the lazy river and beach we took the lack of view as a minor blip.

It’s not as close to tourist shops and restaurants if you want to go off property

The pools, lazy river, jacuzzis, water slide and beachfront were great and clean, and the staff was super friendly and helpful, as were many of the guests. The location is very good. There are a large number of off site restaurants and shops within a mile of the hotel. There is always pretty immediate access to taxis. The room was very clean and had some nice amenities, like a decent sized mini fridge and a microwave, as well as a small set of dishes and silverware. The bathroom was clean and comfortable, with plenty of storage space in the vanity.

They consider any room where you can see any little sliver of the ocean to be "Ocean View", whereas any other resort I've stayed at would have called it a partial ocean view. In the first room, we had a view of the pool and lazy river, and if we leaned out over the balcony and looked right, we could see a little slice of ocean. I complained and they moved us, but the next view was only somewhat better. Several staff members admitted to me that they get that complaint a lot. For the size of the rooms, the limited view, and how outdated they were, I wish I'd have spent a little extra and stayed at the Hyatt. We were also called every day of our stay, trying to get us to come to a time share demonstration. This was a bit annoying. The bed was uncomfortable, but I have back issues, and almost every bed but my own bothers my back. My husband also complained of being uncomfortable. The room was very small for the price. There is only one restaurant on site, unless you include those at the Ocean Club and Stellaris Casino. We didn't go there because my husband had some mobility issues, and it was a bit far for him to walk. So we ate at the Galley several times for lunch. The food was ok. One day, it made us both pretty sick.
